Delete Your TRIQQ Account and Data

You can ask us to delete your TRIQQ data at any time — whether you have a profile or have only played as a guest. Deletion is permanent; we do not simply hide or deactivate your data.

Things you can delete yourself, right now

• A TRIQQ you created: open it from Your TRIQQs and choose “Delete this TRIQQ”. The link stops working and the photo is deleted immediately.
• Your identity on this device: clearing your browser’s data for triqq.app removes the anonymous ID and display name stored here.

You don’t need to write to us. Open this page on the device and in the browser where you use TRIQQ, and delete your data yourself:

If you no longer have access to that device, email privacy@triqq.app.

• With a profile: write from the email address linked to your profile.
• As a guest: include the reference below, if you can still open this page where you played. It identifies your data to us without giving anyone access to it.

We confirm and complete requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• your profile and email address
• your display name and anonymous identifier
• the photos, answers, hints and rewards of every TRIQQ you created — their links stop working
• your plays, guesses, scores and hint use
• rewards you are part of, your block list, and any push-notification tokens

What remains

• An empty record of each TRIQQ you created, credited to “Deleted user”, with no photo, answer or name. It lets people who played it keep their own scores.
• Statistics that no longer identify you (for example “a TRIQQ was opened”).
• Backups and server logs, which are overwritten within 14 days.
• Limited records where the law requires it, or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal claims.

In the app

When TRIQQ is available as an app, the same deletion will be available directly inside it, under Profile.
